Refund & Billing Policy

Your subscription automatically renews every month until you cancel.

1ownr Free covers 1 vehicle at no cost and never renews. 1ownr Garage is $5.00 per month (up to 3 vehicles) and 1ownr Fleet is $15.00 per month (up to 5 vehicles). At the end of each monthly term we charge your payment method the then-current fee for the next month, without further notice, until you cancel. Prices exclude applicable sales tax, which is shown at checkout.

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial and must provide a payment method to start it. Cancel before your trial ends and you are never charged. If you do not cancel, your paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends.

We email you a confirmation when you subscribe — restating the plan, price, renewal frequency, trial end date, and how to cancel — and a reminder 3 days before your first charge.

Cancel any time from Settings → Billing in two clicks. No phone call, no chat, no retention gauntlet.

• Cancelling during the free trial takes effect immediately and no charge is made.
• Cancelling a paid subscription takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then.
• Export your records before your access ends — see the export controls in your account.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable, including for partial months and periods of non-use, except where a refund is required by law. Cancel any time and you will not be billed again.

We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in individual cases; doing so creates no obligation to do so again.

If you were charged in error or charged after cancelling, use our contact form and we will make it right.

If a charge fails we may retry it, suspend access, and after 30 days downgrade or close your account. You remain responsible for amounts owed.

We will email you at least 30 days before any price change affects your subscription. The new price applies at your next renewal after that notice period. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.
